Devil’s wall on Earth and Devil’s wall on Mars Coincidence or NOT ???
Devil wall (Macedonian, Gjavolski Zid) is a stone formation near the village Bogoslovec, near Sveti Nikole.
The stone blocks are enormous and to this day, no one can say with certainty whether this is artificial / artificial or the creation of nature.
According to legend, the devil made a bet with God, that for one night he can build a wall and turn the flow of the river Bregalnica, towards the Ovce pole and flood it. The same night the devil began to build the wall and there was no doubt that he would build by the morning, God marked the next day a little earlier, just as the devil was laying the last stone.
Some people believe that this wall is a remnant of the time of Alexander the Great, who here hid his treasure, while others claim that the water in the area has the capacity to heal.
Next to the wall is the summit of the mountain named Saint-Jean (Sveti Jovan). Many clandestine miners come here and search for lost gold.
Visit the Devil’s Wall: The area is difficult to visit unless guided. It is near the river Bregalnica and can be reached on foot from the village Bogoslovec (Sveti Nikole municipality).
